Development Fact Sheets
Approvals for a proposed development can be obtained by submitting a development application online via the Development Application Process (DAP). This can either be submitted yourself, or on your behalf via the relevant authority.
Applicant's can log into their account to submit applications, track the progress of an application and share access to applications with nominated contacts who can help provide input or actions as part of the application process.
