Introduction
In conjunction with the introduction of Rural Property Addressing within the Council area, a decision was made to undertake a review and improvement process in relation to the naming of roads and streets throughout the Council area.
This process has resulted in a number of changes to the names of roads and streets. It has, however, resulted in a logical and vastly improved road and street naming structure or system that will greatly assist and enhance the introduction of rural property addressing.
RACK plans have now been gazetted for both the rural areas and the townships within the Council area.
