Justice of Peace
A Justice of the Peace (JP) is authorised to witness and attest many documents, such as Statutory Declarations, Affidavits, Wills, Divorce, Power of Attorney and Advanced Care Directive documents etc, as well as certify copies of original documents.
The District Council of Mount Remarkable offers the service of a JP during business hours.
Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
