Ezybill

Council would like to introduce a new system for receiving your rates notices by email, with EzyBill.

EzyBill is a software program that has been designed to send rate notices to property owners by email.  To start this process, simply click on the link below, create your EzyBill account, and register the assessment/s you own in District Council of Mount Remarkable. Your next rate notice/s will then arrive electronically via your nominated email address.

Register for EzyBill

To sign up:

  • Click on register for EzyBill
  • A page will open that will look like the image below

  • Click on sign up now
  • Complete the registration form
  • An activation email will then be sent to you
  • Open the email and select to activate your account
  • Register your properties and you will receive your future rate notices via email

Following this process, you will receive your quarterly notices through EzyBill. Please note, all other notices, including overdue notices and other Council correspondence, will continue to be sent to your postal address.  It is the rate payers responsibility to notify Council of a change in address, so please ensure that you keep your contact details with Council up to date.
